Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management solution, which will grant you full control over your e-mailboxes and email campaigns. With this easy-to-work-with user interface, you can create a new e-mail box account in an instant and manage its settings with ease. Plus, you can forward electronic mail messages from one e-mail box account to another, set up mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and secure your electronic mail accounts against junk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your mail accounts against unsolicited bulk mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesirable messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your emails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a specific email mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for sorting your incoming messages based on certain rules defined by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can easily set up an e-mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and set the e-mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail boxes. Simply specify the e-mail box account you want to redirect electronic mails from, then specify the target e-mail box and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly configure the mail client of your choice to access your e-mail boxes. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you would like to set up on your desktop computer or smartphone and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new mailbox account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple email mailbox accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also allow you to quickly create an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will do the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all email box - you can achieve that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
